New Photo Backdrops

I decided to try to add more continuity to my shops. One of the first steps is to photograph all my ornaments and items on the same backdrop (based on collection). I scoured the internet for Christmas fabric and these are the ones, after hours of deliberation with my consultant [and friend] Karen, that we decided on.

This will be the standard Christmas background.
I'm hoping it won't be too busy once in place.
I loved the color(Ice Blue is my main business color) and the whimsy of the pattern.

This is my standard Non-Christmas background.
I hope to photograph all my year-round items using this.
It is also my backup if the first background above doesn't work as planned.

This is the background for my 'Christmas Dreary' collection. [my Goth, dressed-in-black-want-to-die, Edgar Allan Poe meets Tim Burton meets Santa Claus Collection]

This is my backup backdrop for 'Christmas Dreary' in case the snowflakes don't work

I hope to have them and start photographing by next week.
Keep your eyes open for them, I'd love to get your feedback!

I think you made terrific choices with the backgrounds, they should work well. I can't wait to see how they turn out.
You were right...today everything works...well almost! Still a bit of email trouble but almost there, lol!
Have a wonderful day.

Thanks PJ! The "Christmas Dreary" collection is a clever twist on my standard ornaments and cute (if I do say myself!) It's not too morbid,it is Christmas stuff!

I've always loved Poe and off beat things(Tim Burton is my favorite director) I've run my initial ideas past a friend and my husband. Husband's never any help but my friend loved it. I'll have some of the ornaments probably next week.

That is a great idea and I love the backgrounds. Will be looking for the photos using them, though I'm sure they will look great.

Nice picks! I love that they're a bit vintage too.

Thanks all! They should be here tomorrow although I won't be able to actually do anything with them until next week.

And Nancy, my friend Karen and I loved them because of that slightly retro hip feel that they had. They are cute but still funky and stylish.
