I'm very frugal, I hate wasting food and resources, so I have to use up the ham,LOL.(Hell, I just dragged my Christmas tree outside to be a bird feeder/shelter. I think a gradual shift is easier for your body to accept anyway (and by body I mean brain). So if you've got breakfast down pat, and are thinking about the other meals, but messing up from time to time, that sounds like a good start.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
